Bethel grad Bacote scores 10 points in Old Dominion loss
Bethel High School graduate Aaron Bacote scored 10 points in Old Dominion University's 75-73 loss to conference rival University of Delaware on Feb. 11, according to Old Dominion's website.
The freshman guard also recorded two rebounds and one assist for the Monarchs who are 3-22 on the season and 1-12 in the Colonial Athletic Association.
Old Dominion's next game is noon Saturday, Feb. 16 at home against the College of William and Mary.
Bacote is a 2012 graduate of Bethel High School. The Hampton native averaged 22 points per game to lead the Peninsula District in scoring and was named Peninsula District Player of the Year during his senior year for coach Craig Brehon.
